Help! I haven't received my video office session link yet after scheduling our appointment.

After scheduling the appointment, you will receive an email offering access to your client portal with intake documents. I recommend searching your email for the client portal invite. That enables the ability for the video session link and appointment reminders to be sent to you. This is for HIPAA compliance.

Do you offer sessions virtually as well as in-person?

Yes! Telehealth sessions are available to all clients. Many find telehealth to be convenient and provide unique opportunities in session. In person sessions are available monthly to current clients at this time. In person sessions are utilized for clients ready to take on food challenges in an in person setting. If you are interested in in-person food challenge sessions, be sure to bring it up at your next appointment. The office is located in Winter Springs, FL.

When will I receive my Superbill?

Superbills are available in your client portal on the 10th of each month. 

Will insurance reimburse the Recovery Record Add-On service?

Recovery Record is not a billable service by insurance. 

 

However, as of October 1, 2020, connecting with your provider on Recovery Record is available to United Healthcare Members at no cost. Please utilize your patient portal to contact me via Secure Messaging with your MemberID to get started.
