Ashley Hinds specializes in eating disorders and behavioral health nutrition. She is a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals. Ashley has worked with those who struggle with eating disorders exclusively for over 10 years. Through her private practice, Ashley serves those in the local Central Florida community as well as young adults at Florida colleges and universities. Ashley has served as the eating disorder dietitian at the Orlando VA and a local eating disorder day treatment center.
Through Ashley Hinds Nutrition Counseling, LLC, Ashley is currently available for supervision, trainings, and contracting services through University Athletic Associations. Ashley has extensive experience in behavioral health nutrition which includes training in all eating disorder diagnoses, mental health nutrition, pediatric nutrition with behavioral complications of autism and picky eating, ARFID, OCD which impacts food ritual and restrictions, disordered eating during and after pregnancy, and athletes with eating disorders or REDS (Relative Energy Deficiency in Sports).

Personally, she enjoys spending time with family, a good latte, pottery, a local 5k race, pottery, and a day out on the water in a kayak.
